Film Festival:)

Today Room Three went to the Manaiakalani Film Festival. Every year Saint Pius X Catholic School participates in this Festival. Room 3 entered in a movie based on three words. Rachel and I presented our movie and it was very exciting for us because it was our first time seeing ourselves on the big screen and it was our first time presenting a movie in front of heaps of people.

Lets begin! Early in the morning I woke up and got ready to go to school. When I got to school I had to take my little sister and nephew to the playgroup. After that I went to my classroom to get myself ready for the day. “RING, RING, RING” went the bell as we walked over to line up.  Then we went back into our classrooms.  Luckily Rachel and I got to go with our principal to the theatre.

Finally it was our turn to shine. “I love school” I said as I shook as I was so nervous. But we still went on talking. As we walked down the steps the movies began. I was so proud of Room Three and myself because it was very emotional seeing that we have finally completed our first Film I can’t wait for the next Film Festival.  

My favourite part  from the day was when I got to present our movie. My favourite film was “The Test” from Point England Rm18 because it was really funny and interesting to watch.
