Sonya's Room

I drawed this room because in my reading group Greens we had to
read  a book called A room like the sea. This story is about a girl how she shifted to another house.
Our Teacher Miss G told us to draw a room of our choose.  I chose to do a Rainbow room because I  always wanted a room that looks like a rainbow. Especially when I feel sad about something I could just look around my room and I will feel better.   Check it out!!

Apple Description

The Granny Smith Apple is green as a tree and it is shaped as a sphere like a tennis ball.

It is also very light to carry. It smells fresh and brand new and it is cold to carry. It has a creamy color to on the inside.

The Granny smith apple tastes sweet and healthy. The fruit is seen at the markets, Shops, trees and in children’s lunch boxes. It is also very bumpy, round, soft and juicy.

The Granny Smith apple is sour and it also has seeds in it. It is used for desserts, lunches, birthdays and lots more.

The apple is special because it is healthy and it is used for all sorts celebrations.

Fractions-Week 5

The things that I already know about fractions is that it is two numbers together. One is on the top and the other one is on the bottom. The top number is the Numerator and the bottom number is the Denominator. The top number tells us how many people who are going to eat the pizza and the bottom number tells us how many pieces you get. What I like about fractions is that I get to work with big numbers because I will get to learn my division's more easy. A fraction is a when you have a pie or a cake and it is divided into pieces and it is shared out.

Olympic Flame

The Olympic flame is lit every 4 years. When the Olympic flame is lit the Olympics has started and when the Olympics is finished the flame is put out.

The torch looks like a very big flower and it is made out of copper metal. It is shiny and very bright when it is lit.

Each country who attends the Olympic games has a petal each from the torch to take home when the Olympics has finished.

It is seen at the Olympic stadium when the Olympics has started. It is used as the Olympics Symbol.

I think that the Olympic flame is special because it is very unique and It tells us when the Olympics has started and when it has finished.
